Our hybrid work model is driven by client engagement needs, where our people spend the majority of their time in a virtual AlexAusten office. You can live anywhere within the continental US as long as your client team supports it. Some of our people are in a business units where the in-person work model helps to support the in-office needs of our clients – providing onsite technology services or critical in-person support. Other business units have their teams work virtually and come into a AlexAusten office periodically for training, connectivity, team collaborations, and other events.
