Our story begins in 1998 in the shadow of historic Stone Mountain Park located in the city of Stone Mountain, GA. It was here where Samuel A. Jones Jr. first opened Atlanta Cost Services, providing fast and accurate building cost estimates and material takeoffs throughout all the design phases of public and private commercial and institutional construction projects. Historically, our name was inspired by providing the “Atlanta” area construction “Cost” estimate “Services”.

Stamina Engineering
Twelve years later in 2010, Dr. Samuel A. Jones III would open Stamina Engineering with the vision of providing end-to-end software business consulting solutions. Dr. Jones provided several people and business solutions ensuring continued success beyond the delivery of new capabilities. In 2018, Stamina Engineering moved their business operations to Florida, and continued to provide consulting services based on years of experience working with organizations large and small.

In 2024, Samuel A. Jones IV with AlexAusten from beginning has set out to be a different kind of company.
